As Tebow explained in a recent interview he did, there are 111,000 unique IP addresses from individuals downloading and sharing abuse and rape content of children under the age of 12 in a 30-day span in the U.S. alone. This isn't just happening in third world countries. It's happening globally and especially in our own backyard in the U.S. and Canada.

Why doesn't the government step in? Unfortunately the government has not given law enforcement enough resources to handle the large scale of this issue which is why Tebow's foundation has stepped in to work alongside law enforcement, government agencies, and partner organizations, providing critical support through funding, technology, training, survivor care, or access to trusted partners on the ground. They don't replace law enforcement; they partner with and strengthen their efforts, working together to help ensure more lives are reached and more offenders are pursued.
